Will Chris Paul be ready for Game 2?

After a Game 1 win that surprised many, maybe even a few Clipper fans the Clips have continued to play stellar post season basketball on the road, the toughest environment to play.

LA stole home court advantage from Houston in the 1st game which gives Doc some leeway on whether he will play or sit CP3 for Game 2 since they will leave Houston with at least a split.

Doc said his gut says CP is 50-50 to play in Game 2.

The Clips have continued to show the mental toughness they displayed in San Antonio in Houston so the Clips will have a good chance of surviving game 2 without CP3, however, it's no secret the Clips need him on the court as soon as possible.

So should Doc keep CP out for Game 2? It will certainly reduce the risk of him re-aggravating the hamstring he injured as he gets more time to heal if he sits. Doc may also want to push the Rockets, to see if their able to stop the Clips' offence running through Blake Griffin successfully. Either way, Doc Rivers has proven over his career that he's a good enough coach to make the right choice and I'm sure he will.
