The race for Western Conference hits the home stretch

The regular season is rapidly drawing to a close and teams in both conferences are trying to get the best seed possible in time for the playoffs. However, this race for seeding is particularly wide open in the west where a number of seeds are still up for grabs.

The Clippers have a chance to finish as high as the second seed or as low as he sixth due to the very close nature of the seeding in the superior western conference. The most notable match-up in determining the seeding will be the Clippers-Grizzlies since the Clips are only half a game back from their familiar rival.

"We're in a race, and for us, it's just about winning games, you want game 7 in your building" River's said. It's clear that this team values seeding and is going to make a late push for the highest seeding possible as for the Clips it's all about coming out on top in the western conference fight to the finals.
